About Sue Soha
Sue Soha, MPT, NDT/C, NARHA/R
Hi, I’m Sue. I am blessed to be a wife and the mother of three boys while doing what I love as a Physical Therapist and women’s wellness advocate! I have been practicing PT with pediatric clients since 1997 and am the CEO of Special Settings PT. During the pandemic, I wanted to find a way to help my clients and went online with my Whole-y Healed Community in 2021.
After my first son was born, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, and adopted a gluten-free diet. Despite this “healthy” diet, I became overweight in my late 30s. Through doing the Keto Shift ( learning how to eat a new way and exercise more efficiently) I was able to drop 10% of my body fat and 4 dress sizes. I then overcame a second autoimmune condition, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, by tweaking the Keto/Paleo into an autoimmune protocol and detoxing from latent viruses and bugs attacking my immune system.
I practiced spiritual routines, like mindfulness and meditation to address my chronic stress and no longer suffer from symptoms like brain fog, headaches, muscle/joint pain, skin rashes/blemishes, hair loss, fatigue, restless legs/cramps, insomnia, temperature dysregulation, and GI upset.
My lived experience of struggling with and overcoming disordered eating, perimenopausal weight gain, insulin resistance, and autoimmune diseases left me wanting to share with other women, and I made it my mission to help them live “whole-y healed”. In addition to eating to nourish my body the way it was intended, I love leading other women through my online coaching program called The Keto Shift, as the first step in transforming their health in a holistic, natural way addressing lifestyle, mindset, spirituality, and habits.
I also enjoy meditation in my infrared sauna to assist with detox and relaxation at the end of the day. I love leading SoulCore™ as a restorative spiritual and physical exercise, going for walks with my friends, and nurturing women’s spiritual sides by facilitating Bible Study book clubs, retreats, and small faith groups. I pray for all my clients that they heal wholly through virtue and holiness.
"May the God of Peace himself, sanctify you wholly, and may your spirit, soul, and body be kept sound and blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ." 1 Thessalonians 5:23
