Sue Soha

Hi, I’m Sue! I’m a wife, mom of three boys, Physical Therapist, and women’s wellness advocate. Since 1997, I’ve worked with pediatric clients and now lead Special Settings PT as its CEO.
After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease and later Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, I transformed my health through diet, exercise, and holistic practices. By following a Keto/Paleo autoimmune protocol, detoxing, and embracing mindfulness and meditation, I overcame symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, and joint pain. My personal journey inspired me to help other women heal holistically.
Through my coaching program, The Holistic Shift, I guide women in transforming their health by addressing nutrition, mindset, spirituality, and habits. I also lead SoulCore™ sessions, facilitate Bible study groups, and host retreats to nurture both physical and spiritual well-being.
My mission is to help women live “whole-y healed,” inside and out!

The Holistic Shift is an eight-week course designed to guide you on through a “whole-y healed” journey. Changing how you eat, exercise, think, drink, sleep, and meditate to combat autoimmune disorders, aid in weight loss, and promote natural healing without the guesswork. The course, coaching, and community will help you take the first step in changing your lifestyle and habits for the better.

Private coaching calls are an opportunity to learn more from Sue and gain personalized insights on how to make the most of your Holistic Shift journey. Through private one-on-one coaching, Sue can help you by creating a customized meal plan to ensure success.
