MEET YOUR COACH
Sue Soha
MPT, NDT/C, NARHA/R
Hi, I’m Sue! I’m a wife, mom of three boys, Physical Therapist, and women’s wellness advocate. Since 1997, I’ve worked with pediatric clients and currently lead Special Settings PT as its CEO. In 2021, I launched the Whole-y Healed Community online to support my clients during the pandemic.
After my first son was born, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and adopted a gluten-free diet. However, in my late 30s, I struggled with weight gain. Through the Keto Shift program—learning to eat differently and exercise more effectively—I lost 10% of my body fat and dropped four dress sizes. I later overcame Hashimoto's Thyroiditis by customizing a Keto/Paleo autoimmune protocol and detoxing from lingering viruses and toxins affecting my immune system.
Incorporating mindfulness, meditation, and other spiritual practices helped me address chronic stress and overcome symptoms like brain fog, joint pain, fatigue, and insomnia. These experiences of healing from disordered eating, perimenopausal weight gain, insulin resistance, and autoimmune conditions inspired me to guide other women toward holistic wellness.
Through my coaching program, The Holistic Shift, I help women transform their health by focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, spirituality, and sustainable habits. I also enjoy leading SoulCore™ classes, walking with friends, meditating in my infrared sauna, and facilitating Bible study groups, retreats, and faith-based book clubs. My mission is to help women live “whole-y healed” lives, and I pray for each of my clients to find healing in body, mind, and spirit.
I am ready to be
Whole-y healed.
"May the God of Peace himself, sanctify you wholly, and may your spirit, soul, and body be kept sound and blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."
